leading the way

we love colour schemes, favours, flowers and the personal details that make up the beauty of a unique big day, but we know most couples have that covered, so whilst you plan the pretty and request the guests we'll be traversing the terrain with the tent team, perfecting the catering positioning and planning the lengths of cable for the power

the reality of hosting a wedding in a garden, field or farm is the plethora of un-glamorous logistical elements, some of which are, quite frankly, a little bit boring! they are super important though and that's what we're here to do.

in our experience, couples choose blank canvas weddings because they want to create something personal and unique. most have a clear vision and want to retain control but have someone take the lead on the supplier organisation, 'outdoor wedding infrastructure' (tents, power, facilities), catering and drinks, and items to be hired, ensuring nothing is overlooked and bringing it together for the day with a meticulous eye for detail.

as a result, we don't typically take on your entire planning process - things like your guestlist, outfits and styling - but collaborate with trusted partners to support you with those aspects, allowing you to organise the personal and fun things whilst we take the weight off your shoulders with the more complex and logistical tasks. of course we'll monitor and oversee the overall planning process and keep track of your budget too.

we'll have a detailed planning session at the start of the journey then talk and meet regularly throughout, with planning meetings every 6-8 weeks and unlimited ongoing email, messaging and phone contact.
