if you're intending to do your own your planning but want some guidance on what to include - or reassurance that nothing has been overlooked - our fairy lite sessions are ideal.

we'll hold a video or voice call session to discuss your ideas, any plans already in place and talk you through the suppliers, tasks and considerations you'll need to plan your outdoor wedding.
we'll include suggestions and supplier recommendations, and write everything up and send it to you in a document that you can use to help guide your planning journey.
we can do this as you kick off your planning, or towards the end (about 8 weeks before the day) to review your plans and highlight anything that might have been overlooked. you can also book both and have us 'top and tail' your outdoor planning journey for complete reassurance.

there are other additional services we can provide following our lite sessions, such as creating proposed structure (marquee/tipi) layouts and site plans
fairy lite sessions are an investment of £250 per session, or £470 for two if booked together
